Team Member Qualifications

Prior to joining Venture International LLC, Duane Kelderman served for ten years as Vice President for Administration at Calvin Seminary in Grand Rapids, Michigan and twenty five years as pastor of congregations in Grand Rapids, Denver, and Toledo.  For the past twenty years, Kelderman has taught at the graduate level in areas of Leadership, Sustaining Pastoral Excellence and Effective Communicational Design.  Kelderman is a graduate of Calvin College and Calvin Seminary and has the Doctor of Ministry degree from Denver Seminary where he studied communicational design with Dr. Haddon Robinson.

Duane's areas of expertise include leadership assessment and evaluation, executive coaching, conflict resolution, strategic planning,  board development, and succession planning.
